The Internet is down, again, just like it was when we moved in. Every time this happens, it’s a fiasco with Verizon. I think the last time they had to send out a total of eight trucks. I know because I wrote everyone’s name down.
Verizon also hiked our bill up almost $100 because we cancelled the free trial channels they gave us. Yes, you read that right. I’m still not sure what that’s all about…but I know it’s a pain in the butt.
I also know that if Verizon doesn’t straighten out ASAP and fix both the billing and the Internet, we’re going to switch to Comcast, no matter how crappy it is compared to FIOS.
Because one thing I love less than swollen ankles is a mad Fairy GodBoyfriend, and he’s been on the phone for three hours now. *sigh*
