    We were complimented by random strangers this weekend while I was painting skulls on the porch, after setting it up. Decorating is a great way to meet new neighbors! Of course, now I’m wondering if we shouldn’t buy more candy. ALL the kids are going to want to come to OUR place!!

Alethea Kontis is a New York Times bestselling author, storm chaser, Saturday Songwriter, and granddaughter of a pirate. She has received the Scribe Award, the Garden State Teen Book Award, and is a two-time winner of the Gelett Burgess Children’s Book Award.
