Princess Alethea Reads “Tatterhood”

In honor of the completion of my makeshift in-home audio recording booth–and the fact that we all need a little light in the darkness today–I have recorded a fairy tale for you all to enjoy.

This one is dedicated to my dearest fairykin Shveta Thakrar, who suggested “Tatterhood,” a Norwegian fairy tale I was unfamiliar with until now. Shveta, like me, understands the power of strong women and optimism. She knew immediately that I would love this tale. And she was absolutely right! I adored reading this story aloud.

Pour a hot cup of tea, snuggle up with a favorite pet or person, and enjoy this tale of “Tatterhood.”

Long live the Blanket Fort!
